Codes, Policies and DCP's -- Category Listing

The first step in preparing a development application is to find out about our controls, policies and guidelines. The purpose of these development control plans and codes are to encourage high quality design and improve amenities in the City of Canterbury.

Most of these plans have been saved in Adobe PDF format. To open these files, you will require a copy of Adobe Reader. To open the attached files either click on the hyperlink or right mouse click the file name, select 'Save As' saving the file to your hard drive and open from there.
