In the Building and Development section of this Web site you will find all the information that you need to ensure that your building development is undertaken smoothly, including how you would get your development approved, making a development application, development categories, whether you need other approvals, applying for a construction certificate, appointing a principal certifying authority, applying for other certificates, and much more.

Duty Planners and Surveyors are available each day from 9 am to 11 am. Should you wish to see a particular planner or building surveyor, they are available between the hours of 9 am and 11 am each week day. Outside of these times, you will need to make an appointment.
