Tenders

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for the Construction Industry.

The onus rests with the tenderer or their representative to ensure that the tender is placed in the Tender Box, located in our Customer Service Centre on the Ground Floor of the Administration Building at 137 Beamish Street Campsie, by the nominated date and time.

The lowest or any tender will not be necessarily accepted.

Tenderers are warned that canvassing of Councillors may lead to disqualification of the tender.

The statement of business ethics is a means of providing guidance regarding the standards of ethical behaviour that organisations, service providers, small businesses and individuals can expect from Councillors and members of staff, and that are expected of them, in their dealings with Council.

It is hoped that these guidelines assist your business dealings with Council.
