The Belmore Youth Resource Centre is a multi-purpose resource centre catering for the needs of the City's youth. The centre aims to offer a wide variety of programs and activities that respond to these needs. Services offered include sporting activities, education and art based programs, recreational activities and a casual drop-in service. The BYRC also houses a variety of youth services that offer a range of programs, which are accessible to Canterbury City's youth aged 12-24 years. These services include Barnardos Streetwork and Reconnect, Canterbury Multicultural Youth Health Service and Centrelink.
